About BC&T
BC&T has been helping businesses and organizations succeed by motivating their teams or individual team members since 2003. BC&T uses a unique approach by engaging teams in productive training and career development initiatives.

BC&T was established by Gregory Bradley, a lawyer, college professor, and a former human resources executive with over 26 years of expertise in management training, employee and labor relations, mediation, diversity, inclusion, and organizational development. He has vast experience in labor and employment law, workplace harassment prevention, diversity, ethics, and compliance training.

Greg received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Certificate in Criminal Justice from the Brooklyn Center of Long Island University. He received his Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University where he also served as the Articles Editor of Thurgood Marshall Law Review. He spent 25 years on the faculty at the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies where he received the coveted NYU Award for Teaching Excellence.

Greg was formerly affiliated with Institute for Transportation Systems at John Jay College, the Harry Van Arsdale School of Labor Studies at Empire State College (SUNY), and the City College of New York (CUNY) where he was a faculty consultant. Greg is currently on the faculty at York College (CUNY) where he teaches in the School of Business and Economics. He teaches business law, leadership, labor relations ​and collective bargaining and human resource management courses.

Greg has traveled around the country to lecture at conferences as a featured speaker, moderator, and trainer.
