Bradley Consulting & Training (BCT) is a New York City based
consulting and training firm that provides services in two core areas:

(1) professional development and skills training

(2) performance management solutions.

Our objective is to help make a positive change to the culture of
the American workplace. Our approach is to help develop people so that
they can maximize their effectiveness in the workplace. We also help
employers create and maintain a work environment that promotes mutual
respect and the ability to grow. If an employer maintains an
environment that develops and values its employees, studies show that
they stay longer and are more productive. In this type of work
environment, there is a mutual benefit to the employer and employee.

The Principal

Mr. Bradley’s background includes experience in
management training and development, employee relations, labor
relations, conflict resolution and workplace mediation. He has
extensive experience in the field of labor and employment law, teaching
harassment prevention, workforce diversity training and conducting
workplace investigations.

Mr. Bradley serves on the faculty at New York University’s
School of Continuing and Professional Studies where he received the
prestigious NYU Award for Teaching Excellence. He also serves on the
faculty at the Institute for Transportation Systems at John Jay College
(City University of New York). Mr. Bradley also served on the faculty
of the Harry Van Arsdale School of Labor Studies at Empire State
College (State University of New York) and has written several articles
on various workplace topics.

Mr. Bradley has developed and delivered courses for private and public
sector employers. He has also conducted professional development
seminars and training for students and working adults.
